Exhaust Hood (Check and clean as follows):

• Hood grease traps free of solids and grease.
• Hood light fixtures free of grease build up
• Suppression system and sensors free of grease.
• Inside of hood free of grease.
• Outside of hood free of grease and polished.
• Wash jets free of grease and calcium. (Water wash systems only)

Accessible Ductwork (Check and clean as follows):

• Remove grease from ductwork.
• Remove grease from suppression linkage.
• Remove grease from suppression nozzle in stack.

Fan (Clean completely as follows):

• Pressure clean all grease from fan blades

• Pressure clean all grease from fan housing.
• Pressure clean all grease from louvers.
• Remove grease from inside of housing.
• Clean outside of housing.
• Return all electrical switches, fire detection devices and dampers to working condition.
• General recommendations for integrity of system.
• No flammable solvents or cleaning aids to be used.

Ecology Units (Check and clean as follows):

• Remove old filters and replace as required. (Customers to supply)

General

• Check electrical wiring for wear.
• Check for breach in accessible ductwork.
• Check fan belt for wear.
